Important Note About Postal Mail

We strongly recommend using email rather than postal mail.

Here’s why: South Africa’s postal services are currently highly unreliable. Mail can take a minimum of 6 months to reach us (if it arrives at all). We’ve had packages and letters simply disappear into the void, never to be seen again.

If you’re thinking about sending us:

  • Letters or notes → Please email instead, we’d love to hear from you!
  • Physical products for review → Email us first to arrange alternative shipping
  • Press materials or media kits → Digital versions via email are much better
  • Gifts or picnic gear → You’re sweet, but email first so we can arrange reliable delivery
